Experimental prodcution of scurvy in guinea-pigs. Holst published further papers on the subject in the same journal, 1907, 7, 634-71, and in Z. Hyg., 1912, 72, 1-120, both with Theodor Froelich. Their work made it possible to employ guinea-pigs for assessing the relative values of antiscorbutic foods.
