James T. McGill talks about his education and years in finance and administration at the Oregon Health Sciences University between 1980 and 1986. McGill was born in Portland, Oregon in 1943. He graduated from Oregon State University and then Stanford University in 1969. He joined the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center as Vice President for Finance and Administration in 1980. McGill left Oregon Health Sciences University in 1986 for a position at the University of Missouri. At the time of the interview, he was Senior Vice President for Administration at Johns Hopkins.
